n this workshop, participants will learn about the effects that different types of flour and dough have on baking. Participants will dress, shape, Kneading and bake savory, stuffed and sweet pastries with specialty flour imported from Italy. And when the workshop is finished, attendees will enjoy their freshly baked Tabun Muffins, designed and baked by themselves. Accompanied with the bread is a wine tasting, including a variety of boutique wines, cold water jars, goat cheeses and tapenas, and topped with frozen goat yogurt and a our Fortified dessert wine.
The package is also available for small groups at an extra cost. Prices are conditional on a minimum of 20 participants.
